SVRA West, formerly HSR West has some very good vintage racing. My weekend started off with qualifying, but oiler cooler problems soon arose and the race almost didn’t happen. With the help of the mechanics we were able to fix it and get back racing. This weekend was the same weekend I did the Drifting shoot with Tyler Wolfson, so unfortunately I was a bit preoccupied. The weekend was fun, no paint swapping with other cars (for me at least). There was a small incident with a formula car though. An oil fire engulfed the car in flames burning half the car. With the help of the fire suit and a quick reaction on the part of the fire crew, the driver escaped without any injury.

This Datsun 510 was pitted across from us. I was liking the Orange paint scheme (mostly because my RX7 is Orange as well)
